Rules and Regulations

Please read and adhere to the following rules and guidelines for the submission of your films:

1. Submission Fee:
   Submission is free for all sections of the festival.
2. Number of Submissions:
   Filmmakers can participate with one or more than one film.
3. Submission Form:
   The submission form must be filled out by the owner of the film.
4. Additional Materials:
   After completing the submission form, please send the following additional materials:

• Synopsis of the film
• Trailer or teaser
• Several photos from the film
• Film poster

5. Language Requirements:
   If the movie is not in English, it must have English subtitles.
6. Film Duration:
   The duration of the film must be less than 30 minutes.
7. Film Formats:
   Movies should be submitted in DCP format or at least in Full HD format.
8. Copyright:
   Participants must adhere to copyright rules for all elements contained within the movie.
9. Content Guidelines:
   Movies should not contain scenes of violence or explicit sexual content.
